We knew David since the 1990's, when he married Dot and joined our large family. Throughout that time we found him to be a very sociable and jolly man, always interested in people and the various ups and downs of the world. Most of all, however, we will remember him for his unstinting support, kindness and generosity to those who needed help. He was much loved and we will miss his presence at family gatherings.
